RND Technology, LLC (“RND Technology,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and consultation forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you contact us or request a consultation, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, neighborhood, and any details about your project. When you visit the site, we may automatically collect limited technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, used to operate and improve the site.
We use the information you provide to:
We do not sell your information or list you for third-party marketing. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (for example, payment processing or scheduling), and where required by law.
RND Technology operates an internal employee portal used by our own staff to run the business. It is not a consumer product, it is not offered to the public, and it does not hold accounts for our customers or for the customers of any other business.
An RND Technology administrator may connect that portal to business systems we already use — for example accounting, project management, document storage, electronic signature, and field service software. Those connections are authorised through each provider’s own sign-in and consent screen. We never ask for or store the password to a connected account; the provider issues us an access token instead, and that token is encrypted at rest and is never displayed back to anyone through the portal.
Information reached through a connected account is RND Technology’s own business data— our ledgers, our invoices, our projects, our documents. We use it only to operate our own business: preparing internal reports, drafting our own documentation, and reducing manual data entry between systems we already run. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, we do not use it to train external models, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers who host our systems or where the law requires it.
An administrator may disconnect any connected account at any time from within the portal, which revokes our access token with that provider. Data we have already stored is retained only as long as needed for the business purpose above and for our legal and tax obligations, and is then deleted.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.
