We begin with a conversation, on site or at our studio, about how the household lives in the house and the restraint the work requires. From there, a composed proposal — drawn in concert with your architect and interior designer.
Engagements typically begin at $50,000 and extend through whole-residence commissions. We accept a small number of new homeowner commissions each quarter, in addition to our builder partnerships.
